Henrik is an expert in digitalization and automation of intermodal container logistics in the hinterland and has carried out numerous projects for leading companies in contract logistics, combined traffic and intermodal container logistics over the past 20 years. He has a strong technical background, but always focuses on the business perspective. He specializes in digital and process excellence that involves people as unconditional actors and resilient terminal design that can serve the needs of today, tomorrow and beyond, both in brownfield and greenfield, and enforces rethinking and maximum simplification of business models and processes. He is participating in various working groups, research and funding projects on topics relating to automation, smart digitalization and open initiatives in combined traffic.
