At the beginning of my tenure, I was initially one of two managing directors appointed to the company and responsible for finance and accounting, controlling, legal, HR, technology, purchasing, inventory management, as well as organisation and committee work. Since the departure of the other managing director in February 2022, I am managing the company in full as sole managing director.
As part of my role as Managing Director, I am responsible for the following activities in particular
– Conceptualising and implementing the company’s strategic and operational goals
– Coordination and continuous optimisation of interdisciplinary project activities
– Target-orientated management and development of employees
– Assuming responsibility for growth and development of the company
– Maintaining national and international contacts
– Calculation of sales and profit expectations
